Our project management basics course with optional certification is a good start. The basic training teaches the basics of project management and the first tools for handling projects. The participants gain an insight into the methods and procedures of project management. What has been learned, can already be applied to the participants’ own practice by selected case studies. This seminar takes up the essential project management methods of IPMA’s Individual Competence Baseline (ICB4).

- External certification possible (GPM/ IPMA) with extra 4 hrs of preparation (extra fee) + extra appointment for the exam (exam fee)
